I've lost count of the number of times I've seen Nobel prize winning psychologist Daniel Kahneman referenced in books (even if not quite so often as Alice from Wonderland), so will always read anything from him I come across in the news.The extract from his new book (Thinking Fast and Slow) in this weeks Observer was I think a classic example of the kind of work he does, and how the light he shines on our psychological foibles is perhaps more relevant than ever :
